Jack R. Woodruff

 Jack R. Woodruff was born in Brazil, Indiana on February 16, 1961.  Mr. Woodruff graduated from Indiana State University with a B.S. in 1983 and continued his education at Valparaiso University of Law where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1987 and was admitted to the bar later that year.  He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana.  He has previously served as the Owen County Attorney from 1997-1999, the Town of Cloverdale Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals attorney from 1992-1994, and Spencer Owen Community School Corporation Attorney from 1999-2015.  He is a member of the Owen County Bar Assocation and the Indiana State Bar Association.  He currently lives in Spencer with his wife, Cathy Woodruff, and they have three children, Noah, Daniel, and Ethan.
